International Women’s Day 2025 Leaving Cards

With a scary number of women leaving the Creative Industries at the moment (5% in the last 2 years and shocked by these stats I decided to create ‘Leaving Cards’ for those women.

Hidden amongst the generic (and sometimes downright insulting) platitudes of ‘goodbye’ and ‘best of luck’, they highlight something darker. The real reasons women are deciding they have no other choice but to leave. The ones usually dusted under the carpet.
